Features

Everything from printing the sheet to the class report.

Answer sheets that fit your exam

Up to 100 questions and 2 to 6 lettered options per question (A–B up to A–F), chosen per exam. A5 sheets print two per A4 page, with your school's name and logo, and a cut line.

Three ways to set the answer key

Type it in one go (e.g. ABDCA BCDDA), edit it question by question, or shade a blank sheet and scan it.

Live camera scanner

The scanner finds the sheet's four corner squares in the video and takes the picture once the sheet is in focus and steady. A torch button helps in dim classrooms. Photos, scans and PDFs can be uploaded instead.

Accurate reading

Tilted, skewed and upside-down photos are straightened. Each bubble is compared with the rest of the sheet, so light pencil and dark pen read alike, and ghost marks from erasing are ignored.

Review before it counts

See the detected answers on the picture, fix any misread answer, then confirm. Blank answers and questions with several bubbles shaded are flagged. "Confirm & Next Student" keeps a class moving.

Scores, grades and result slips

Score, percentage, pass or fail, and the grade and remarks from your grade scale. Print a result slip per student or the whole class's results.

Dashboard and question analysis

Scripts scanned, average, highest and lowest scores and pass rate; each question's difficulty; the most missed questions and the most common wrong answer.

Your school, your data

Classes with their teachers, students (imported from a spreadsheet), subjects, terms and grade scales. Teachers see their own classes; the School Administrator sees the whole school; other schools see nothing.

Terminal report cards

Subject assessments with the class score (APT 10, CW 10, MA 10, PW 20) and the exams score, which can be loaded from a scanned exam. Each report card shows grades, positions, the best-6 score, aggregate, attendance, conduct, attitude, both remarks and the headteacher's signature. Read more

Broadsheet and submissions

Teachers submit their subject when it is ready; the School Administrator sees who is still missing, then publishes the whole class at once. The broadsheet puts every student's totals and positions on one page.
